My special treasures, by Lincoln

While we are on this voyage, I have decided to get a treasure from every place I go.  When we were in Mexico, I found a basket that will keep my stuff in one place. In the picture below is my first ever special treasure.   A ball. This was found in San Diego at an arcade where I played games. The 2nd treasure is right below this text.   A red skull. Found in Ensenada Mexico. It is used to celebrate the day of the dead. Now right below this text is my 3rd treasure so far. Rocks and … Continue reading My special treasures, by Lincoln

Who’s aboard? by Scott

12 straight days on the ship. From Honolulu to Kobe. Open sea the whole way. Remember when you read somewhere or someone said offhandedly that the Pacific is the largest ocean and makes up xx% of the water on Earth. There never was any reason to doubt such claims. And, now I affirm that this is one darn big body of water! We left Honolulu knowing we’re going to be on the ship for a long run. Now every morning I go to Global Studies for an hour, then I go to the Lido restaurant and do some schoolwork for another hour. I … Continue reading To and in Hawaii, Tate

And, because I’m staying very focused on these terms to avoid embarrassing myself by complementing the captain on how cool his boat is… Ever trying to run on a treadmill that is set up looking starboard while pitching? (i.e, I was facing the left side of the ship while it … Continue reading First few days aboard, Scott
